TOLEDO, OH, August 1, 2018: Impact Products, LLC is proud to announce the addition of Sylvia Lam as Strategic Account Manager, Western Region.

Working collaboratively with Impact’s manufacturer’s representatives, Sylvia will be responsible for key distributor account development, training, and collaborative consuming customer work.

Sylvia joins Impact from OMI Industries, where as senior field sales manager she grew annual sales by 516% in four years. In her previous position she developed strong relationships with distributors in the markets she will serve for Impact. She has also been highly effective in developing consuming account interest on behalf of her distributor partners. Prior work experience includes senior sales management and marketing positions with Pacific Communications and HOUZZ, respectively.

Sylvia and her husband reside in Los Angeles.
